RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not refund items – except in the case of a manufacturers fault. Faulty items must be returned within 28 days of purchase with a receipt. Faults must be from a manufacturer’s error and not due to incorrect laundering practices.

 Items purchased online may have slight colour variances due to different screens and monitors. Samples can be purchased to help with colour matching. Therefore items will not be refunded in the event of colour variances.

 We will exchange or offer store credit on Haberdashery items within 28 days, with proof of purchase.

 We do not offer exchanges on items without proof of purchase.

 We do not offer refunds or exchanges on cut items.
